Our peer-to-peer mentoring system provides the confidence and practical expertise heating professionals need to swiftly transition and ensure a skilled workforce for the low-carbon heating revolution.
Pilot recruitment starts in January! We are actively recruiting both newly trained and experienced heat pump installers to build a diverse and skilled cohort. We will share regular project updates here.
